Stock and/or Mutual Fund Transfer
For assistance with a stock and/or mutual fund transfer, fill out this form. Development Associate Rebecca Thurber will then contact you with all information needed to make your gift to Urban.

Wire Transfer

Matching Gifts
Many companies will match or multiply their employees’ donations to Urban. Please contact your Human Resources Department or Community Relations Department to see if your company offers this benefit.

Memorial and Honor Gifts
If you’d like to make a gift to Urban in honor or in memory of someone special to you, simply include the name and address of this person or their family, we will notify them of your thoughtful gift.

Shop for Urban
