Share Your College Knowledge with Senior Class

Alumni College Panel
Monday, April 19
8:30 am – 10:45 am

What: The Alumni Council is hosting a panel of Urban grads to come talk with this year’s senior class about the transition to college and life beyond high school. This is a great opportunity for alums to offer wisdom and advice to the next generation of Urban grads and help answer important questions like "what's it like living with a roommate?" and "how cold does it really get in the midwest/on the east coast?"

Who: We’re recruiting Urban grads from all years to participate and speak on this panel. There are no special requirements other than a willingness to share your experiences and advice with current Urban students.

Where/When: The panel will be hosted at Urban on April 19 in 2 one-hour sessions, from 8:30 – 9:30 am, 9:45 – 10:45 am. We are encouraging alums to stay for both sessions if possible, and also join students, teachers and fellow alums for lunch at 11:30 am.

If you’re interested in participating in the alumni college panel or for more information about this program, please contact Lauren Scott (‘01) at or Urban’s Alumni Office at

100 for $100 Alumni Campaign Update

$100 FOR 100

Thanks to the generous support from the alumni community, we are within reach of our ambitious goal for 100 alums contributing $100 or more to Urban's Annual Fund this year! If just one more alum from each graduating class steps up and gives toward this effort, we will meet the challenge and raise an unprecedented amount of support for Urban.

Please join us and show your appreciation for the education you received at Urban by making a gift today!

Why do I Support Urban?
"Urban is and always will be a part of me. The school taught me how to think, question, take risks and not be afraid to fail. If I can help in any way to hand these lessons down to current and future generations at Urban, it is not only my great pleasure, but my humble responsibility."
- Jonathan Kleid ('75)
