Sometimes I look back and realize that only because someone took the time to look at the smallest parts of us, under a microscope, am I alive. I think maybe that's where I get my love and appreciation for the Macro side of Nature Photography. I've spent more time than I'd like to think about inside, having to be shut away from nature in order to heal. In between the difficult times I've always relied on the magic of nature to bring me peace. I was able to nurture my love for photography all throughout high school. I picked it up again many years later, focusing on what most people ignore; the finer details, the small petals, the tiny claws, the delicate butterfly wing, all the parts of nature we tend to gloss over in our daily lives. I'm hoping to bring my eye and my heart to you and expand your world with my art.
