GUMPTION ONLINE WAITLIST / AT DOOR POLICY In the event that we reach the maximum number of advance reservations and/or ticket sales, a waitlist will be available on the Eventbrite online ticketing service. While we also take waitlist entries at the door, online signups receive first priority for available seats. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime and check in with the box office. Any empty seats or unused reservations will be given in order of signup to those on the priority waitlist who are in attendance. Please bring cash for waitlist ticket purchase. Only after seating all priority waitlist members will we consider at door signups.
NOTE TO PURCHASER This is a paperless event without tickets; your name will be on a list at the box office. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the show. In the event that all advanced online tickets have been reserved, any open seats available 10 minutes prior to showtime may be released to persons on the waiting list if ticket purchasers have not checked in. There are no refunds available, but please let us know if you cannot attend so that we can let someone else see the show. Contact us by email at tickets@urbanschool.org.
