Being a Blue
There are myriad ways to be an Urban student! For some it means a commitment to athletics and the Urban Blues, for others, it includes exploring the arts, dedication to student leadership, outdoor and global trips or all of these combined. For all Urban students, it means an active commitment to the school’s mission of igniting a passion for learning.
In addition to Urban School’s outstanding academic offerings (more than 160 courses annually!), student life is abundant with more than 40 student-led clubs, affinity and ally spaces, all-school meetings, all-student Prom (not just 11th and 12th graders!), pizza at the annual basketball doubleheader or Friday Night Lights soccer games, and more!
