Creston CreswellJV Boys Soccer Head Coach
Creston is in his second year as head coach of the Urban Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Team after three years as a lead coach with the Liverpool FC International Academy in Tokyo, Japan. During his time with Liverpool, Creston completed his LFC Coaches Accreditation, received training at Anfield and the Kirkby Training Grounds, and was awarded the LFC Global Session of the Month Award.
Having coached youth and adults for over 20 years, Creston is currently with San Francisco Elite Academy as head coach for the 07 and 09 boys and serves as the club’s CIO. He works with the NCAA D1 women’s team at the University of San Francisco as a video analyst and volunteer assistant coach. During his six-year stay in Tokyo, he was the head coach for the boys and girls programs at Nishimachi International School and led the team to the first Championship in the school’s 75-year history.
Creston’s credentials include a USSF Soccer D License, NFHS National Level 1 and the ISPAS Level 1 license for tactical video analysis. An avid fan and true student of the game, Creston has attended nine FIFA World Cup tournaments and countless professional matches in Europe and Asia. He brings the discipline of a 25-year managerial career in international business, focusing on technology projects, human resources, and talent development.
