Tickets are now available to families of all grade levels for this year's Peer Education Theater performances. The event and discussions are designed to encourage relevant conversations in your homes and in our school community. Performance dates are Wednesday-Friday, November 30-December 2, at 7 pm, and Saturday, December 3, at 2 pm, in the Page Campus Gumption Theater. Please coordinate with your student prior to making reservations to avoid double booking. Up to four tickets are available to each family to attend once; please reserve only what you need.
NOTE: All attendees to this performance will be required to wear a KN95 or N95 mask at all times on campus and in the Gumption Theater.
Urban School Winter Music Concert

Herbst Theatre, 401 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco
Student musicians in the Chamber Orchestra, Urban Singers, Bebop Combo, and the Lab and Advanced Jazz Bands have been working hard and look forward to performing live and in person for the entire community Sunday, December 11, 5 pm, Herbst Theatre, 401 Van Ness Avenue.
The Chamber Orchestra, led by Joshua Feltman, will perform Sonata No. 14 Moonlight, Movement 3 by composer Ludwig van Beethoven, as well as pieces from Mozart, Tchaikovsky and more.
The Urban Singers, under the direction of Kelly Nash, will perform a number of choral pieces, including Dies Irae, Seal Lullaby and La Vida.
Directed by David Boyce, the Lab Jazz Band will perform Big Bertha, Green Chimneys and several other pieces from jazz greats. With the Bebop Combo performing Lady Bird.
Urban’s Advanced Jazz Band led by Performing Arts Chair and Jazz Band Director Scott Foster will perform Anthropology by Charlie Parker, Tricotism by Oscar Pettiford and others.
NOTE: All attendees to this performance will be required to wear a KN95 or N95 mask at all times.
GUMPTION ONLINE WAITLIST / AT DOOR POLICY In the event that we reach the maximum number of advance reservations and/or ticket sales, a waitlist will be available on the Eventbrite online ticketing service. While we also take waitlist entries at the door, online signups receive first priority for available seats. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime and check in with the box office. Any empty seats or unused reservations will be given in order of signup to those on the priority waitlist who are in attendance. Please bring cash for waitlist ticket purchase. Only after seating all priority waitlist members will we consider at door signups.
NOTE TO PURCHASER This is a paperless event without tickets; your name will be on a list at the box office. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the show. In the event that all advanced online tickets have been reserved, any open seats available 10 minutes prior to showtime may be released to persons on the waiting list if ticket purchasers have not checked in.
