Alumni Leadership
How can you help? There are many ways for our alumni to get involved in the community!
- Class Agent - Reach out to classmates to encourage event attendance and explore engagement opportunities with the school. Being a class agent is a great way to stay in touch with everyone!
- Mentoring or Speaking - Share your expertise and experiences with current students and young alums. Whether it's through mentoring, guest speaking, or participating in panels, your insights can make a significant impact.
- Participate in Volunteer Opportunities - Help with alumni events or assist in organizing community service projects.
- Support Alumni Giving - Contribute financially to enhance the educational quality, fund the financial assistance program, support faculty, and maintain campus facilities.
- Attend Alumni Events - Participate in alumni reunions, networking events, and school functions to stay connected with the community.
- Engage on Social Media - Follow and interact with the school’s social media channels to stay updated on news, events, and opportunities.
- Provide Internships and Job Opportunities - Offer internships, job placements, or career advice to current students and recent graduates.
- Share Your Story - Contribute to BluesNotes by sharing your achievements, experiences, and memories of your time at the Urban.
From organizing a class gathering, supporting our current students and young alums, or helping to plan new programs and events, there are many ways to stay involved. Connect with us here or email alumni@urbanschool.org.
Alumni Leadership 2024-25
Our Alumni Trustees and Alumni Council members are the driving force between the success of Urban’s alumni program and the connections made between our alums and the broader Urban community. They support alumni events and fundraising efforts, encourage engagement from other alumni, and collaborate with the alumni office to further the mission of the school. We are grateful for their leadership and commitment!
