Tech Support at Urban
Tech Support, a group of faculty, staff and students, helps The Urban School community understand and take advantage of available technologies. Our mission is to make sure that technology doesn't byte!
More specifically, we offer several levels of support:
During the school day, Seth, our Instructional Technology Support Specialist, provides immediate support to everyone on campus. Seth is located in the Tech Office on the second floor.

Every Tuesday and Wednesday during lunch, in the Moon Room, we offer support sessions, demos and technology-related activities. Tech Café will be led by Tech Support students and staff. Some of the topics may focus on:
- specific computer and mobile applications
- support for class projects
- how to manage the use of your technology.
Evening Online Support
Evenings before school days, typically Sunday through Thursday, Tech Support student members respond to questions posted by the Urban community via email. When support is needed beyond email correspondence, members of the Urban community can share their screen with our Tech Support team via our Quick Support screen sharing application.

Tech Blog - Our Urban Tech Support blog will address issues of technology in education and at Urban.
Vimeo - Videos related to technology usage at Urban will be posted by our Tech Support Team.
