• Parent Credit Form - This is a one time credit where a parent can supervise a student's activity for one term. A minimum amount of hours is required. Contact the Athletic Department for more information.
• Summer Credit Form - This is a one time credit where a student can receive credit for an activity over the summer. A minimum amount of hours is required. The summer before freshman year is not eligible. Contact the Athletic Department for more information.
