Financial Aid
The Urban School awards financial aid on the basis of proven need and the availability of funds. Financial aid decisions are made independently from admissions decisions. Once admitted, candidates for financial aid are referred to the Financial Aid Committee to determine the aid award. Due to the demand for financial aid, some students may be accepted to Urban but will not receive assistance even though they qualify.
Please see the Financial Aid Checklist for details on how to apply for financial aid and the Financial Aid FAQ for answers to your questions.
We understand that applying for financial aid can be confusing and overwhelming. If you have any other questions or concerns about financial aid, please contact the Urban Admissions Office by calling 415 593 9555 or email admissions@urbanschool.org.
