Marin Commuter Bus 2012-13

The Urban School contracts with CYO Transportation to provide roundtrip bus service for students living in Marin County. The bus runs every school day with one route in the morning and two routes in the afternoon. Students can ride on either of the afternoon buses. Drew School, University High School and Convent of the Sacred Heart/Stuart Hall students also now participate in this service started by Urban several years ago.

Morning Schedule (Southbound)

7:10     San Rafael (GG transit stop at 4^th & Heatherton)

7:20     Mill Valley/Tiburon (Piatti's on west side of Redwood Highway)

7:50     Arrive at The Urban School

Afternoon Schedule (Northbound)

3:30 or 6:00       Depart The Urban School for UHS
                          (Drew students catch the bus at UHS)

4:10  or 6:35      Arrive Mill Valley/Tiburon  (Frontage Road, in front of In&Out Burger)

4:20 or 6:45       Arrive San Rafael (4^th between Heatherton and Irving)

Roundtrip fare for the 2012-13 school year is $2,400 (approximately $7 per ride). A one-way ticket for the entire school year, either morning or afternoon, is $1,300 (approximately $7.55 per ride). Daily service will begin on Monday, August 27, 2012, and will run every day that school is in session. Urban is now accepting reservations for the 2012-13 school year.  Please download, complete and return your reservation form.
